The Infrastructure Management processes describe those processes within ITIL that directly relate to the ICT equipment and software that is involved in providing ICT services to customers. Accusations that proponents of ITIL indoctrinate the methodology with ‘religious zeal’ at the expense of pragmatism continue to be heard.

The PRINCE2 process consists of three sub-processes and these cover the way in which a work package should be accepted, executed and delivered.
